Please take your time to view each animal we have available- you're welcome to meet them once you are approved to adopt. This way you can see which animal fits your family best! If you aren't 100% ready to adopt after the first meet, you can set up as many meet and greets with our adoption coordinator and their foster as needed. These animals are not broken animals, they come from different backgrounds, usually because humans have failed them. It takes a few weeks for them to be socialized and accustomed to the changes. SPVAR keeps them in foster care for a minimum of 2 weeks to seek out any hidden illnesses, work on rehabilitation, as well as any training needed.
