About               S.P.V.A.R.

Southern Paws VA Animal Rescue was established in 2016 with a focus on accepting owner surrenders. In 2017, we obtained legal non-profit status as a 501(c)3 organization, broadening our mission to caring for a variety of species, including domesticated and non-licensed exotic animals. Our dedicated team of volunteers primarily operates in the Winchester and Louisa VA area, but we have recently extended our reach to assist in neighboring states.
